Within the framework of the WPU Erayim’s project “Introduction of a Combination of Traditional and Modern Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan”, an event was organized to exchange experiences between educators of maternal schools working in Akman and Bazar-Korgon rural districts of Bazar-Korgon district.

The event was attended by educators of twenty maternal schools. At this event, the educators of Nagima Ene maternal school, Sadykova Ainura, showed hand-made crafts and also taught the participants how to make them. It was evident that everything was artistically decorated, made with taste and skill. They exchanged experiences on the development of children's speech, methods of teaching mathematics, especially mental arithmetic. The lesson was called a “master class”, which was held in three groups. The lessons for each group were different, here the educators learned new methods and skills for teaching preschool children.

“Such “Master Classes” would be held more often, we are needed. We will try to find the time and actively participate. It also turns out that such masterclasses should be organized locally in each maternal school,” the educators noted.
