At a regular meeting of the administration of the Bazar-Korgon district, the coordinator of the WPU Erayim in Jalal-Abad province Kishimzhan Boronbaeva was awarded the “Certificate of Honor” for her significant contribution to the socio-economic development of the district. Kishimzhan Boronbaeva received such an award not just randomly.

She is actively involved in all spheres of life in the area, making a significant contribution to solving the problems of residents, improving social conditions and raising culture. Especially in the framework of projects initiated by WPU Erayim, she works closely with local residents and demonstrates her organizational, leadership qualities and skills. It is noteworthy that in the rural districts of Bazar-Korgon and Akman, she helped create local self-help groups, conducting various activities and training unemployed women. Through her efforts, thirty self-help groups have been established in two rural districts and are currently active. Seven self-help groups have been established in the rural districts of Kenesh, Seidikum and Beshik-John. Bringing people together and directing them in one direction is not an easy task. It takes a lot of time, skill, effort and hard work to walk around the village, visits every courtyard and talks to people. She cooperates with everyone, from the head of the district administration to workers in certain departments, and is ready to lobby for solutions to any problems. Presenting the award at a large meeting in the district, the head of the district Bakyt Kozuev said: "We had a lot of useful work with Erayim, we will continue to closely cooperate." In turn, Kishimzhan Boronbaeva told about the history of Erayim and the work that the organization has done for the district. Through the efforts of the organization, all members of self-help groups have been trained, gained experience and know the concept, direction and purpose of their self-help group. Each of them raises problems on their territory and suggests ways of solving them at the local level. All SHG members have experience in attracting investments and developing projects. Efforts to improve street lighting, road repair, kindergartens, small businesses, greenhouses and dissemination of expertise are in full swing. The groups are developing and there are people willing to join the group. Everyone wants to improve their lives, improve the economic situation of individual families. It should be noted that the meeting was also attended by activists of three SHG Associations organized in the region.
