From 24 to 26 February 2023, public meetings were held in the rural districts of Mady, Shark and Kyzyl-Kyshtak with the participation of the Head of State Administration - Akim of Kara-Suu district of Osh Oblast, Turusbek Nogoev.

At the meetings held in each village, the heads of Ayil Okmotu presented a report on the work done for 2022. Members of the SHG Associations Kurmanzhan Datka, Shark and Kerme-Too organized by the WPU Erayim within the framework of the project ‘The Introduction of a Combination of Modern and Traditional Approaches to Prevent the Conflict in the South of Kyrgyzstan’, supported by the German organization Bread for the World actively participated in these events.

It should be recalled that in early February, members of the SHG Association took part in public hearings in local councils, identified the most problematic issues in their area of residence and made the following 9 proposals in writing:

In Mady rural district:

• Installation of traffic lights at the intersection of Moydunova Street and Osh-Gulcha of Mady village.
• Dissemination of a new method of mediation in the village of Mady and training of 3 citizens at the expense of the budget of the rural administration.
• Conducting a round table for students of grades 9-10-11 on the topic "Prevention of crime and violence" in schools No. 97-Uchkun and No. 86-Kurmanzhan Datka, as well as proper reporting of information to teenagers.

In Shark rural district:

• Installation of trash cans on the side of the pedestrian road along Kosh-Tash Street, Shark rural district, Kara-Suu district.
• Continuation of the pedestrian path from Kosh-Tash Street to Sharipova Street, starting from the intersection, holding a round table for students of grades 9-10-11 on the topic "Crime Prevention and Violence" in schools Abu Ali ibn Sino No.16, Hamza, Parpiev, as well as the correct delivery of information to teenagers.
• Dissemination of a new method of mediation in the rural district of Shark and training of 3 citizens at the expense of the budget of the rural government.

In Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural district:

• B. Osmonov construction of a pedestrian lane starting from the street along Kyzyl-Bayrak Street to the final stop of route number 127.
• Laying of asphalt fire secondary school No. 117-K. Matkerimova, located in the village of Ishkavan, is also the main road. 
• Spread the new method of mediation in Kyzyl-Kyshtak rural district and train 3 citizens with money from the budget of the rural administration.

The Project Coordinator for SHGs Narynkul Duishenalieva says that the head of the district instructed the heads of relevant departments to solve the specified problems during the meetings.
